Returns & Exchanges

If something isn't right, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return unused items bought from ABEBWE Sports for a refund or exchange.

What can be returned

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging with any seals and labels intact.
• Sealed items (e.g. swim caps in sealed packaging) can only be returned if unopened.
• Items damaged in transit are handled as delivery claims — report them within 48 hours with photos and we replace or refund them regardless of the return window. See our Delivery Information page.

How to start a return

1. Email us. Write to hello@knfiqr.com with your order number (starts with KN), the items you want to return, and whether you prefer a refund or an exchange.
2. Get the return details. We reply with the return address and a return reference — usually within one business day.
3. Pack it safely. Use the original box if you have it; pad the items well. Write the return reference on the outside of the parcel.
4. Ship it back. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
5. Refund or exchange. Once we receive and inspect the items, refunds are processed to the original settlement method within 5 business days. Exchanges ship as soon as the replacement is confirmed in stock.

Refund notes by payment method

• Cash on Delivery: we refund by bank transfer or check — we'll confirm the method with you by email.
• Bank Transfer: refunded to the account the payment came from.

When we may decline a return

• Items showing signs of use, wear or installation.
• Items returned without original packaging where it materially affects resale (e.g. gift sets, sealed kits).
• Returns started more than 30 days after delivery.
