Every product sold on ABEBWE Sports is covered against manufacturing defects by ABEBWE Success LLC. Low prices never mean shortcuts on quality support.

Coverage at a glance

• Yoga & training gear (yoga straps, EVA foam blocks, yoga bags, resistance bands): 12 months from delivery.
• Textile items (sport towels, headbands, wristbands, swim caps, drawstring bags): 6 months from delivery.
• Cycling accessories (storage bags, straps and buckles): 12 months from delivery.

What a covered defect looks like

• Stitching, seams or buckles failing under normal use.
• Straps, loops or D-rings tearing without misuse or overloading.
• Foam blocks cracking or splitting on arrival or under normal use.
• Elastic bands snapping or losing tension well before reasonable wear, with no evidence of misuse.

What isn't covered

• Normal wear and tear — fading, gradual loss of elasticity, surface abrasion from training.
• Damage from misuse, drops, modification or washing contrary to the care instructions.
• Items bought from other sellers, even if identical.

Making a claim

1. Email hello@knfiqr.com with your order number (starts with KN), the SKU, and photos or a short video of the problem.
2. We assess quickly. Most claims are approved within 3 business days on photos alone — no need to ship the item back first.
3. Resolution. Approved claims get a free replacement (shipped at our cost) or a refund of the item's price, your choice subject to stock.

Multiple items

Bought several units for a gym, studio or team? If multiple items in your order are defective, email us the count and photos — we resolve it with replacements or credit on your next order, whichever you prefer.

This warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory rights or our Returns & Exchanges policy.
